Terms of Service

These terms apply to Let Claudio Cook Studio (the "Service"), a private tool that uploads videos to the TikTok account of its operator.

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is operated by, and intended only for, the owner of the Let Claudio Cook TikTok account. It is not offered to the public.

2. What the Service does

With the creator's explicit authorization through TikTok's official login, the Service uploads video files to the creator's TikTok drafts. Nothing is published without the creator reviewing and posting it in the TikTok app.

3. TikTok's terms

Use of TikTok through the Service remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Content uploaded through the Service is original, labelled as AI-generated where required, and must comply with those rules.

4. Revoking access

The creator can revoke the Service's access at any time in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions).

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any indirect damages arising from its use.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
